Park Shore is one of Naples' most prestigious waterfront communities. Development began in the 60's on this thin barrier island with the Gulf of Mexico to the west, and the Venetian Bay on the east. Park Shore is an artful mix of luxury high rise condos on the beach, mid rise condominiums and single family estate homes on and off Venetian Bay. The final beachfront high-rise is currently under construction.

Park Shore residents on the beachside of the bay are within a short walk of the Village on Venetian Bay which offers an array of fine dining, bayfront cafes, and elegant shoppes.
